Bistrot La Minette And Supper Collaborate On Some Tomatoes at ...

Bistrot La Minette chef-owner Peter Woolsey will be teaming up with Supper chef-owner Mitch Prensky on a dinner celebrating everyone?s favorite summer produce, the Tomato.

This Wednesday, Supper will offer a tomato themed-menu, and on Thursday, the same menu will be offered at Bistrot La Minette. The meal is four courses (for $35) with an optional wine pairing ($50) and features:

Heirloom Tomato Tarte Paysanne, cr?me fra?che, Dijon mustard, corn sauce

First Course (Chef Mitch Prensky, Supper)

Tomato Water Cocktail Domain Rosier Cr?mant de Limoux, tomato water

Second Course (Chef Woolsey)
